CTS to Work with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center on Kasota Project

October 2007—Cincinnati—CTS Telecommunications was recently awarded the voice and data network installation for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Kasota project. The Kasota project is a new 100,000-square-foot office building and parking garage on Burnett Avenue.

CTS will install category 6 cabling for 800 end users, as well as copper and fiber riser cabling, and main wiring closets to remote wiring closets—one on each of nine floors. A unique aspect of this project is that CTS will also expand Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s existing fiber optic network to connect to this facility. CTS’s work on the Kasota project is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2008, with completion by the end of the year.
